Ingredients

1 tilapia or galunggong (small fish), cleaned
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions

Season fish with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry fish until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve with steamed rice and vinegar dip (with garlic, salt, and chili).
