A simple yet flavorful garlic fried rice, perfect for breakfast or any meal.
2 cups leftover rice
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden brown.
Add rice and mix well, breaking apart any clumps.
Season with salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve as is or pair with egg, Spam, or tapa.
