Pancit Canton with Egg

A dorm-friendly stir-fried noodle dish using instant noodles, jazzed up with added egg and veggies.

Ingredients

1 pack instant pancit canton
1 egg
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded (optional)
1 tablespoon oil
Water (as needed)

Instructions

Cook the pancit canton noodles according to the package instructions. Drain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and scramble the egg. Add shredded cabbage if using.
Add the cooked noodles and the sauce packet from the pancit canton. Mix well.
