These honey mustard ham and cheese sliders are miniature classic ham and Swiss sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls, with a homemade honey mustard sauce.
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
12 bun Hawaiian-style slider buns
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli Black Forest ham
8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Stir mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and prepared yellow mustard together in a bowl.
Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully cut slider rolls in half horizontally. Set tops of rolls aside. Place bottom halves of rolls into the baking dish. Top with ham and Swiss cheese, followed by honey mustard mixture. Place top halves of rolls on top.
Melt butter in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl on High, about 30 seconds. Using a pastry brush, brush tops of sliders and cover rolls with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.
